I was there to request for new ATM card since my old card expired a year ago. The service was great.
Closes early but good solid clean bank for Taiwan standards
Thank you to Ms. Zhang Yuting at the counter. Knowing that I only take leave after bleeding and can't possibly go to the bank, she specially checked my condition twice and performed on-site testing. Such thoughtful service truly warmed my heart. Having her is a blessing for the company.
I've visited several branches, and the service from the tellers (and the assistant manager behind them) here was so good that I want to give them a special shout-out! 👍
Around noon on September 17th, a female teller surnamed Zhang had a strange attitude. When confirming my information and verifying the results, she asked me questions like, "Is this your first time here? Don't you know how to fill this out? Have you really been here before?" which made me feel uncomfortable and unprofessional.
