NICE AND AWESOME!!!
Banks are supposed to be places that serve the public. If even basic transactions are treated differently based on whether someone is a VIP, what is lost is not just customers, but also trust and public perception. It turns out that even wealth has different levels. At one time, the barrier to entry for banks wasn't credit, but status—a tiered system of service.
I visited this branch yesterday and today, and both the front desk staff and the service specialists who assisted with opening the account were very friendly and willing to help!
Yesterday at noon, I went to change the seal. When my number was called at counter number 7, the people inside hadn't finished their business yet, while others after me were already inside waiting. This kind of service really needs improvement.
