I came here to withdraw some money. It is conveniently located near my hotel. The wait was not bad at all. Teller was very courteous. I guess it's Taiwan's custom that the teller reminds/warns you to look out for the scams.
Do not visit this branch if you need to go toilet. The security guard instructed you to a public toilet next door. No toilet papers, it is so small and you barely fit it. You will feel so disrespected!
