I went there around 13:15 today to reissue my online banking password. The bank teller at counter C3 was very attentive, providing helpful information and reminders. Overall, the service was very pleasant and deserves a five-star rating. 👍👍👍

The efficiency is terrible; they need to replace some staff. At some counters, the people working are completely clueless; it feels like they're just slacking off. The wait has been incredibly long, and with so many counters and such slow speed, they need to step up their game.

A few days ago, I went to the bank to print my account statement. The teller was very polite and clearly informed me of the waiting time beforehand, so I didn't have to wait there. After the transaction was completed, they thoughtfully reminded me to make sure I had received and properly stored my account books and documents. The teller was meticulous and had a kind attitude; five stars are a must!

The male receptionist asked what I needed, and I said my bank card had expired and I needed a new one. He said a few words, looked troubled, and stammered (what difficulty could there be in simply issuing a new card to a customer?). He immediately rushed to serve the next customer when he saw someone else come in, only to return to me after saying just a few words before going to serve the second... third... fourth (it was outrageous)... leaving me standing there. I waited for him to return and finish recounting my earlier statement: he couldn't distinguish between "first come, first served," and to me, the four people behind him were "cutting in line," which was caused by the male receptionist. I simply told him, "Go serve someone else," and turned to leave. I ended up going to the Nanjing East Road Section 2 branch, which made me even angrier. The male receptionist at the Nanjin
