NSB-Bank is starting to check loyal customers bank transfers now. any transaction over 200 euro's is being flagged as criminal and they are harassing their customers about this and threathening with legal actions if they dont comply. Rabobank used to be a great bank, but they have stooped to the lowest of the lowest. Find a different bank if you value your privacy.

After losing my pass and pincode, it takes two weeks to get access to my own money. Went to the bank, they said they sent all documents/products and I would get everything within two work days. One week later I call since I didn’t receive it, the employee says something went wrong and requested everything again. Next day I call to check if it went through, the employee replied that NOTHING was fixed/requested. Luckily he helped me out with making sure everything is set up now (or so I hope). Still waiting to access my own account and prohibited to wire it to another account since they have set up some policy about not being able to wire it within two weeks after requesting a new pass. …not the best experience.

Customer service is OK. But what kind of bank does not have an ATM machine?

Good to know Dutch nationality has this privilege: Tried to open a ZZP business account. Uploaded all the documents and information without any warning. Then I was rejected immediately with an email. During the customer service call, they told me I cannot have a ZZP business account simply because I, as an expat, am not a DUTCH. Thank you Rabo, super nice experience.
