ING - servicepunt 6 Beukenplein Amsterdam-Oost

An absolute disaster. First of all, I should say that the staff are very friendly and tried to help me. This is obviously a systemic/operational problem and a problem of managment/people in high positions, not a frontline staff problem. But: when I want to open an account, the mobile app doesn't work. So I had to go to the bank in person to open an account. They said they would send me my card and PIN by mail. I gave them all the information correctly. This did not happen. I tried three times! I went to the bank three times for the same purpose, and they are so incompetent that they failed to send me my card and PIN even once. Now I am going to another bank, never again. I absolutely do not recommend them. Considering the hypercapitalist state of this city of Amsterdam, the banks are more than surprisingly incompetent.

There is always nobody there I don’t know if is really service punt of is just fake

The lady who helped me was very nice and helpful. She opened my account in less than 10 minutes. Just make an appointment for after 11am and you should be fine. Very helpful and fast service point.

Literally nobody is there for 2 days - says the guy behind the counter of the shop, and I have to go all the way to somewhere else.
