i have an appointment at 12. I came early and had to wait for almost 20 mins. I was the first in line, a man came and ask me in Dutch if someone is assisting me, I replied in English and he walked off. He asked everyone else (3 others after me) if they need assistance instead of me haha, then he came back to me later after them??? Worst service ever. I speak dutch but it's quite unprofessional and a bit r-st to see this. do better ING.
Just visited the bank after checking the closest one to me on google maps, upon entering I was approached by Emal and was immediately being assisted and offered a drink. The service and kindness was outstanding. He managed to help me with multiple problems within 10 minutes. Thanks again!
Amazing office! I came without appointment and we fixed my problem in 10 minutes, a very nice and friendly lady helped me. Also place itself has a very nice interior
