KAPIL WAS AMAZING GREAT SERVICE THANKS ING BANK
They actually close at 5, but sometimes earlier. I arrived at 16:55 but still couldn't get service for a quick issue.
I came here at 5:25 on a Thursday and I was told that they were closed even though he was serving a customer at the time. The google maps said that they close at 6pm. This is a really frustrating experience for a customer.

It's outrageous to make an appointment when the store is closed. I have an appointment at 9:30 today, but the store is closed. You're a very popular bank, how is that possible? I didn't want to give you a star; you don't deserve it, but unfortunately, I have to give you a star to be able to post my opinion.
