Worthless bank. An account was opened in my name, but not by me. They couldn't help and waved me away. Truly worthless.

For the slightly higher interest rate, you pay through a user-unfriendly website and a difficult login. It often doesn't accept the password. No copy-paste password. After three attempts, I requested a new password, but that didn't work either because it wouldn't accept it despite entering everything correctly, including my date of birth, from a clunky list. I kept getting the "verify data" screen. Luckily, the helpdesk responded quickly, but it's a real hassle. I'm considering switching again.

I've been with this bank since 2022 and I'm completely satisfied. Questions are answered promptly, and the information I see on the website is comprehensive. The interest rates are attractive. Sure, it's a foreign bank, but it's covered by the Dutch deposit guarantee. The staff is friendly. I've had different experiences. I recommend everyone to check out this bank's products compared to others. Give them a call.
