It's Friday, October 31st, at 12:50 PM. I've been waiting for over 45 minutes, and there's still no employee in sight! According to the Primera staff, they'll be there in 10 minutes.
I was there well before 7 p.m. yesterday (Thursday). The store, and therefore also the service point, were simply closed.
If there's a message saying "ING outage," they mean we don't have staff to handle ING issues. Not recommended if you need something resolved quickly.
I made an appointment, drove all over town, and finally...
