There’s only 2 people working and there’s always a long queue the bank procedures are outdated and with one person this poor woman takes around 20 minutes they should have more people working here but there’s only 2 people attending around 20 people

The bank is awful. No one I know thinks this bank is good. The app is unreliable and stops working in the evening when you are out trying to pay for food or drink. The communication is awful.

Super slow. Took 30 mins for just 2 people ahead of the line. This would not be ideal for quick cash from the counter, unless you withdraw cash from atm.
