You need passport, work permit and local phone number. I did bring my lease agreement but it wasn’t checked-but be sure to know your local and work address. it took around 20minutes. 300baht for atm card (250 annual fee and 50for card).

I cannot understand the negative reviews of this branch. I was here today as a foreigner and opened an account. The young employee treated me incredibly kindly and courteously. She was very patient, explained everything to me and also helped me set up the app on my mobile phone. Everything was done in about 20 minutes. I can only recommend this branch!

I came to this branch with all legally required documents to open a bank account (passport, work permit, and salary statements). Despite this, I was told they could not open an account for me simply because I am from Myanmar. This was very disappointing and felt unfair, as my documents were complete and valid. I hope the management reviews this issue, as every customer deserves equal treatment and professionalism.

I want to open an account and have prepared all the documents. It was still very early when I arrived. At first I said in Thai that I wanted to open an account and they were like thinking then seeing that I was a foreigner they said that the queue to open an account was full today. I felt it was unreasonable. They work until 7pm and I arrived before 4pm and they said that. And if I had said it from the beginning when I said I wanted to open an account it would have been ok but they said that after knowing I was not Thai. I recommend everyone to go to S… bank because I was supported very enthusiastically there and I was so disappointed with Kbank. (excluding the branch at Siam Paragon because the staff there are very cute)
