Really good experience for foreigners to open bank account. The only thing is that you cannot open your account on the same day if you come after 4pm. I had to come another time but staff was really friendly and helpful, took 30mn to open account.

Recommend people to book through LINE first so that the queue is faster. Staff were quite helpful

Just understand why this branch has very low rating when u arrrive here. If i were not white collar worker, and could only come to the bank on sat&sun, i would never come to this branch. I came here last week at 4.30pm staff rejected making bank account for me, even they will close at 6pm. Today i come here at 11.30am they told me that i need to queue and come back after 1 day ?! Why didn you explain to me since the first time? Hope Kbank can check the quality of staffs in this branch and train them on how to provide better help

Service is unprofessional, unwilling to serve although it is located in business center. The guy at the front is not polite. I am confused he is serving me or I am serving him. We went there to open an account but we won’t open an account anymore because they are not reliable and unprofessional.
