Wanted to open account, left after one hour of waiting in line. Expect to spend 45-60 minutes in que on every inquiry you’d be making. Que is moving like a lottery - no one, including the bank stuff, is capable to say when is your turn coming. Half of personnel hangs on the phone. The branch needs to be fully reorganized and re-stuffed.
Updating due to terrible experiences.. ATM+ Deposit not working for over a week. So have to go to counter. Number screen not working. Tons of staff standing around. Only 2 tellers open…. What a mess. Great Service while opening an account. Pleasant staff. Quick application and away you go.Good Stuff.
Very bad service, we would like to open bank account (we provided verified documents), but they denied and requested us to go the another branch or banks with no reason. Staff’s attitude was very unpolited.
