Poor customer service, employee attitude should evolve as well as the technology

I opened a new savings account. I needed to reserve a date and time, so I called to make an appointment. I was able to get one right away. I arrived earlier than my scheduled time, but the process was completed quickly and everything went smoothly. However, I don't have a bankbook and I'm not used to using a tablet, so I struggled even after asking a lot of questions. Somehow, I was able to complete the process and was issued with a cash card. I was surprised that I didn't even need a seal. What a change of pace.

My cash card's magnetic stripe was becoming difficult to read at the ATM, so I came in to have it reissued. The counter was open, and the process was completed in about 20 minutes, from when I received my new cash card. There were cute Risonya plush toys placed throughout the building. 🐱 There's a convenient underground parking lot where you can park your car for free.

The staff at the Omiya branch seemed to follow the basics of traditional banking, but as advertised by Resona Bank, they took into consideration the individual's future prospects and offered various suggestions from the customer's perspective. I didn't have a very good impression of the financial industry. I'm grateful for the wonderful staff's service. I look forward to working with them in the future. Thank you very much.
