今日午後2時20分くらいに30万を新札で引き出す手続きをしたとき、9番窓口の女に何に使うのか聞かれた。明らかに疑いの気持ちが感じられたので、とても不快に感じた。銀行にも人を見た目だけで犯罪者扱いする輩がいるようだ。特別な買い物をするときに使おうと新札にしただけなのに、見た目だけでいちいち聞いてくるな。何もしてないのに疑われた人間の気持ちを考えたことがあるのか。また、こちらを見下したようにも思えた。自分の金をどう使おうとお前に関係ないだろ。こんな人を犯罪者扱いするような、見下すような輩がいる銀行は早く潰れてしまえ。今回の9番窓口の輩は天罰がくだればいい。

I visited the second floor for a loan consultation, but the staff were completely incompetent. Even though I had explained the topic of the consultation in advance, they were poor at explaining the product details. In fact, they didn't even seem to understand the details properly. They were flubbed when I asked questions. At worst, they gave me the wrong answer. What was the point of being there? It was a waste of my time taking the time to visit on a weekday. Also, the online consultation reservation screen was confusing. Please try to provide a more user-friendly service. If things continue like this, we're likely to see another Resona shock.

This place is always crowded. Please consider waiting times before using the service. This is a Bank of Japan agency. PS) The staff's behavior was extremely unreasonable, to the point that I don't want them to call me "Resona." They're promoting themselves as a great bank by using fans and shirts with large images of other banks' names, but the staff don't seem to understand what that means at all. The behavior at the head office was the same. I think I'll stop doing business with them.

There is an underground car park exclusively for Resona Bank and Sumitomo Mitsui Bank, with an entrance along Sangyo-dori Road, but the level of the attendants there is extremely low. They will try to get pedestrians to exit the car park even though they are walking right in front of them on the sidewalk, they will mutter so quietly that you can't understand what they are saying, or they won't even guide people properly in the first place. There are a few who do things properly, but most are terrible.

By 8pm, the ATM corner on the first floor is so deserted that it's practically nonexistent. There is a vending machine on the first floor that accepts cards with the VISA logo.
