It's like stepping into a time warp machine to a time before computers and common sense were readily available. 3 identical conversations with different staff to answer a simple question. How do businesses operate like this without losing money?

Not bad for a local bank. Even though they don't really speak English, they have been very helpful and nice to me. You need a Japanese special stamp to open an account there, not a bank for travelers.

At the general information desk, I was told that if I didn't open an account, I would be charged a high fee, and when I applied to open an account, I was told that I needed to make an appointment in advance, and that at the moment, appointments could only be made more than a week in advance. The service was so bad that I gave up. When I asked the same thing at Musashino Bank across the street, a quick-witted and excellent bank employee gave me some advice, and told me what I could do without opening an account and without being charged a fee! It's like night and day!!! A bank with low-quality employees. I'll never visit again!!!

Everyone here moves slowly, so if you don't have much time, it's best not to go.

I had to say the same thing over and over again, and received the same explanation over and over again, which was a waste of time. To top it off, they forgot the order, and they wouldn't do anything unless I asked first, so their response was terrible.
