On February 25th, I went to buy some individual government bonds expiring on February 27th. The female receptionist told me that they were fully booked and could not accommodate me that day, but that I could buy on the 26th. However, the 26th was not convenient for me, so I requested the 27th or another date, and they said that March 4th would be possible. The date they gave me was past the expiration date of February 27th, but when I asked if they would accept it under the conditions of the February issue of individual government bonds, they replied that although it was a later date, they would accept it. So I went back to the store at 12 noon on the specified date, March 4th. However, what I was told was completely different, and I was told that I could not buy the February issue of individual government bonds. 😤 Furthermore, the female receptionist who gave me the paper with the specified date and time and even confirmed it had already left work. Even though she had left the company

This is the worst bank I've ever dealt. When I tried to get my card reissued, the teller, who was short on time, offered me a different card, and then told me it would take an extra 20 minutes to get the correct card reissued. If the card reissue process alone takes over an hour, can't they just get rid of the appointment system?

It depends on your walking speed and the route you take, but it's a 2-3 minute walk from the south exit of Nakano Station, along Nakano-dori, towards Nakano Gosacho. The store has an inviting atmosphere, is clean and not oppressive. The chairs have backrests so you can relax while you wait. By the way, the receptionist at the payment counter is unfriendly and first-rate ugly, and at first glance seems a bit tsundere and unpleasant, but once you talk to her you realize she's just a normal person. The street in front of the bank is busy with both cars and people, so it's a bit cluttered and has a desolate atmosphere.

Today I went to ask to link my Resona Matome Bank account with MyGate so I could easily make transfers and other transactions through the app. The person who helped me was a woman named Fzawa. She was very kind and helped me until the very end. I think this is truly divine service. *Recently, there have been a lot of people with poor customer service. Good customer service has the potential to bring in other customers, so I personally think it's the most important thing. ★To me, the service I received from Mizuho Bank and MUFJ Bank employees was far worse. 😤😤😤 In the end, there are good and bad employees everywhere, but I wish the bad ones would go away. 😤😤😤

Resona Bank is the most stress-free bank I've ever used. They really cater to all my needs. If you use a VISA debit card, you can earn over 1,000 points in a year. These points can be exchanged for electronic money like nanaco. If your passbook becomes unusable due to magnetic interference, they can restore it in about 10 minutes. It's convenient because you don't have to reissue it every time. Transferring your passbook balance is easy with the automatic transfer machine. It only takes two minutes. ATMs are conveniently located. Because it's so easy to use a VISA debit card, it can be tempting to overspend. The bank staff at the Nakano branch are friendly and helpful. I don't currently use major city banks like Mitsubishi UFJ and Sumitomo Mitsui because they're overbearing. Resona and Japan Post are the best.
