I waited for over an hour and was told there were at least six other customers waiting. Why can't I do something that I was able to do quickly at other banks? Their attitude was rude and unpleasant.

As everyone has said, their service is terrible. I inquired about using the currency exchange machine, but the moment I mentioned I was a corporate customer, they told me to use their bank. "Excuse me." The call was cut off. I tried to ask them because I don't have a bank nearby. I don't really get it, as I don't think there's any reason why a corporate customer couldn't use it as long as they signed a contract. I don't think this kind of service is acceptable these days.

I needed to open an account and provide proof, which I couldn't do online, so I left on the first day and returned the next day. Even though it wasn't busy, the staff were inefficient and didn't seem to mind making customers wait. An hour passed, so I asked the receptionist, who told me it would take another 30 minutes, maybe longer. I asked why it would take so long, even though the previous customer was still being served, and they asked if they wanted to call a supervisor. Even though I was asking what I should expect as a customer, I was treated like a complainer, which was extremely unpleasant.

I came all the way here because it's a company-designated account, but they don't seem to want to open an account, and they just keep complaining, which makes me feel really bad. What a terrible bank. Has Resona Bank really fallen this far?
