I wanna use the ATM for transfering cash money, too bad there was no English-menu, but their staff inside the office was so kind and helpful.

I visited to use an ATM. I entered through the Tower Building, but didn't know how to get there, so I asked a security guard. He kindly and accurately told me to take the elevator marked H and get off on the third floor. I found out when I got there that there is a connecting door that connects to the Galleria Building. If you're not familiar with the area, it might be easier to start from the Galleria Building. By the way, even if you go from the Galleria Building, it still connects to the third floor, where the Suntory Museum of Art is located. There is also a post office next to Resona Bank.
I requested an account opening and an explanation of iDeCo, but the staff member who came was inefficient, and I doubted they truly understood iDeCo, so I will not be opening an account with this bank.
