I've been using Resona Bank for about 30 years, and I think it's a trustworthy, reliable, and honest bank. I know it's not good to write selfish and unreasonable comments, but...

仕事でまとまった金額が必要だったので引き出し限度額引き上げを依頼したら、泥棒を見るような目で見られた。手続き上ダメならダメで、普通に説明してくれればいいのに。すごく悲しくなった。不正なんかしないのに。

Like the House of Representatives branch, this is the only bank located within the Diet Members' Office Building. The fact that there is no option to make an appointment on the website suggests that there are restrictions on usage. However, the House of Councillors branch also manages the ATMs inside the National Diet Library, which can be used when entering the library.

After having my luggage checked, filling out a form, and lining up at the counter, I was told that the service is limited to account holders at this branch. The Tameike Sanno branch has closed, and this is the closest one, so it's extremely unfortunate.
