for about 3 months or more, the cash deposit machine does not work, and the waiting line is so long to outside the post, even 3 stars too much. If it were not for the kindness of the employee, I would have put one star, as there are no chairs to sit as well.

I was at this branch yesterday and was assisted by Frau Winkler, she was very helpful, energetic, and very enthusiastic with what she does.

It’s easier to get into a nightclub than getting inside! In a non busy hour, the queue is super long I had to wait for like an hour to get in! Last year, I’ve been here as well and had a similar experience. They just don’t care!

I would like a hint to a person who does not know German how to fill out a form for transferring money from one account to another would be the responsibility of an employee. I was first shown to the door and a self-service machine with the phrase: I have to work. Then they finally issued a form for this. Then, at the request to issue a protective case against degaussing, they simply passed the bank card through the machine and it became invalid. I come to the bank, hoping to get help and advice, and as a result I feel complete despair and get problems.

Absolutely incompetent workers. Not willing to cooperate, to help, to answer (and even listen to!) questions. Also you can wait for a letter with important info for 5 months. I generally don't recommend this bank. Really, better open account in any other.
