This bank branch is just fire, they opened an account in 20 minutes, very polite staff. They were as competent as possible in all matters. 100/10, while Sparkassa refused without knowledge of the language

Over all experience was Amazing. Special thanks to Mr. Sebastian Kaestner for such a nice service. He explained everything so well in english. Amazing service and the results for my application was also super fast.
Most horrible post office I‘ve ever been to. Writing this as I‘m currently standing in a 15m line (at 11 am!) while there‘s only one employee working, of course making sure to go as slow as humanly possible. Have to regularly queue up for 20-30 minutes just to buy a stamp. They also randomly change their opening hours (without displaying them online) to something ridiculous like ”closed on Thursdays but open on Fridays from 11-2“.
