Waited forever and then “in my humble experience” the woman at the desk had a horrific attitude with me, her supervisor told her to do what she didn’t do any ways and then she sent me away again, then a group of them discussed for a few minutes in front of me whether they could help me or not, then after 30 minutes of waiting left without solving my problem, after the bank nearer to me sent me across town to here. I should really cancel this account

On 26 September 2025, I had an appointment to open a bank account with Commerzbank. My experience was exceptional. My questions were answered and I am extremely happy that I joined Commerzbank. I would like to extend my gratitude to Kosic and Donath. Your professionalism and dedication to assist and support is highly commendable. I had a terrible experience with this bank. I came to the branch twice just to complete the online account opening identity verification. The first time, the staff told me everything was fine and that I just needed to wait. I waited for a month, but nothing happened. When I came back the second time, another staff member suddenly told me that I needed Anmeldung. I explained that the verification had already been done during my first visit and that the mistake was clearly on their side. Instead of helping me, she called security. The security guard came and threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave. I said I was here for legitimate business and had every right to be there. Still, the guard pushed me out of the branch by force. This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. The staff were incompetent, and the way security treated me was shocking. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this bank with your time or business.
