German banks are simply 30-40 years behind!!!! You can’t even close an account online. You have to sit in a cubicle talking to a stiff wearing a tie 😂. Let’s not even talk about the usability and look of their online presentation…
I’d like to post my review regarding work of personal at this filial. 1. It’s important for me, I usually can get help and support in English 2. All persons there are polite and doing all for meet visitors needs Regarding bank overall - main opportunities is a number of filials. And yes, ATM sometimes didn’t work.
I never write bad reviews, but this needs to be said. Worst service ever. Plus ATM not working !! I went the first time, it was broken. I came yesterday and it took my card !!! Lady at the reception is very impolite and I would not suggest you this place, especially if you are a tourist. I can forget about my card now, even though I am a member of UniCredit group. It still doesn’t help !!
BY MISTAKE I SENT A TRANSFER TO THIS BANK AND THEY DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED. CALLS, MAILS, CLAIMS BY MY BANK AND NOBODY ANSWERS. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT NEED YOU HAVE TO KEEP MY 1915 EUROS
