Mega mega unprofessional! The woman with the mustache is racist. She don’t want to sell stamps to me because I’m not german. I speak basic german. She laugh at me and says she have not a lot of stamps anymore and dont want to sell them to me, she even insulted me. I’m shocked. I asked for her identification so I can make a complain, she refused.

I’ve never seen a post office not have an envelope! I’m not talking about a big or different envelope, a regular envelope! Once the lady found out I spoke broken German, she started acting like I was dumb and demonstrated no interest in helping at all. What a shame! The blond younger guy who has assisted me a couple of times is lovely and helpful and didn’t demonstrate any discomfort in seeing I’m not German at all.

This is the worst bank I can remember ever visiting in the whole world. They are not at all focused on helping customers. Managers laugh in your face and simply don’t know their work information, not to mention the English language. Today I tried to close my bank account and received nothing but ridicule. I spent 30 minutes waiting in a huge line and received the worst service of my life. The staff hides their badges and does not say their names, and apparently this has become a habit for them. You won't be able to file complaints about bad service because they are just used to hiding their name. Guys, wake up, we are your customers, we bring you money! Why do your staff behave worse than street food vendors? Stay as far away from this bank as possible, it is terrible.

I wish it was possible to give less than 1 star. I’ve never consistently experienced and witnessed such incredibly rude staff anywhere in my entire life. The Management should be ashamed that they don’t address this.

Very poor service and really unfriendly staff. I always try to avoid coming here, but when I can’t, its always super long waiting line and the staff are really not helpful.
