I had a very disappointing experience with Berliner Sparkasse. I was in the branch to change my online PIN when I experienced a racist incident. I immediately reported the incident by phone, but the person on the phone refused to listen to me and instead defended the branch employee. This is already the second racist incident I've experienced at a Berliner Sparkasse branch. It's truly sad that this bank doesn't take its customers seriously and doesn't address their concerns. In other countries, you're treated with more respect, and you don't have to pay unnecessary fees like you do in Germany. Very disappointing, Berliner Sparkasse!

Foreigners should steer clear of this branch. They are unwilling to help, they don't provide accurate and complete information, and the atmosphere is simply awful. Not only was I treated badly, but several other customers who were also there and didn't speak perfect German were as well.

It's a shame that you can't withdraw money there at night. Sometimes you need a little extra cash. An ATM outside would be great. But what else can you say? It's just a completely ordinary savings bank. If you want to make an appointment for a loan consultation there, it's usually very quick. You even get a coffee or something else to drink. I haven't been disappointed with the service at this branch. So far, all the employees have always been very friendly. But that's not going to make my money any better 🤣

The friendly branch employee, Ms. Matthes, is the best thing that could happen to a bank! Competence, intelligence, and friendliness are far too rare...
