Completely incompetent and anything but professional. I booked an appointment 48 hours in advance, as per the procedure, but when the day arrived, I was met by a customer service representative who claimed not to have received my appointment confirmation and, in any case, couldn't process my request because she was on vacation starting the next day. All of this, of course, was delivered in a very unpleasant manner. Mediocre indeed. Luckily, your competitors were more professional.

I've been with this branch for a long time, and I can attest to the decline in service. The staff is incredibly slow and unresponsive. If you arrive at 9 a.m. for a simple withdrawal or document request, you'll be waiting half an hour, not because of the number of people there, but for some unknown reason. As for the advisors, I won't lie to you, some of them are completely out of their depth.
