If I could give a zero, I would. The worst agency ever. Mr. Merouan and the woman who runs the agency have absolutely no respect for their clients. They all ganged up on me, and no one has the courage to stand up for a client, knowing full well that the problem lies with them. Shame on you!
I am very disappointed with the quality of service at this bank. I had to wait 30 minutes at the counter to open my account, and the advisor wasn't even interested in my request. He didn't try to understand my needs and seemed completely disinterested. A truly frustrating experience that makes me not want to continue doing business with this bank. Luckily, there's competition!
The young lady who wears the veil and handles new files (account opening) and paperwork is truly professional, competent, hardworking, and attentive. All the best to her. The security staff are friendly and professional.
