Unprofessional staff, rude. At the reception they are busy scrolling their phones, you need to make them aware of your presence to get a service. Other staff cut you off in the middle of your sentence while you are conveying your need. Outdated systems, outdated bank.

This doesn't deserve any rating. It's been almost a year, and my wife, Mrs. Naili, is still waiting for her checkbook. Every time we make a complaint, they offer her a teller's check to save on fees. I contacted the head office about this, and the CEO was informed of this charade. I've never seen a checking account where they pressure you to write a teller's check. In any case, the branch manager will be hearing from me because this whole circus is part of his management. Unfortunately, the CPA Bank Hydra branch suffers from a lack of seriousness and professionalism. Employees spend a lot of time chatting amongst themselves instead of attending to customers. The service is slow, the wait is long, and there is a real lack of organization and attention to customers. An improvement in staff behavior and service quality is strongly desired.

أسوأ معآملة تلقيتها في حياتي كانت من طرف أحد موظفي هذه الوكآلة..وبالتحديد اليوم..مع أنه الأجدر بها أن تعطي صورة تليق بها كونها تابعة لبنك حكومي جزائري..للأسف..فضاضة ولجاجة واستعلآء يحسسونك أنك بشر درجة ثانية..بأنك ناهب..تعامل ضيق من لدن أحد الموظفين ينم عن افتقاده لادنى الشروط التي يجب أن تتوفر لدى عنصر بنكي..للأسف!
