Ramadan hours are really impractical, the agency closes at 2pm which is really too early and very restrictive.
After extensively comparing banks in Algeria, I can confirm that NATIXIS is, for individuals, at least the best in the country. Through BANXY (the name used for the online mobile bank), they have established a modern bank: a free app, 100% online opening, much lower fees than other foreign banks, free CIB withdrawals at all ATMs (even competitors), savings accounts with no management fees, etc. By far the only bank that more or less rivals what these establishments offer in Europe... Besides, opening branches everywhere is not part of their policy... they understand that in 2024, the future is NEO BANK... I'm not giving it 5 stars because I regret that NATIXIS doesn't offer anything in the area of crowdfunding, something many customers are looking for.
It's impossible! I was told that I need authorization from the account owner to make a euro deposit. It's crazy!
Convenient service. Only downside: parking problems at the Hydra branch!
