After 4 years with them, I still have trouble considering this establishment as a bank. Let me explain: all the offices are full of papers, the agents have no internal communication system (this is the only explanation for their constant movement of their offices and the discussions among themselves out loud in the presence of customers as well as the phone calls to ask x to carry out y operation), no call center in case of need to call for any operation (even to ask for information), etc. A town hall has a better operating system. With all the goodwill of the employees, the operating resources of a bank are not there.

We shipped products based on a letter of credit issued by this bank, but they haven't released the funds and haven't responded to our SWIFT messages for months. I will never again sell products using this bank's letter of credit. This is a prime example of an unreliable and irresponsible bank.
