I have been a customer of this bank (formerly Goetheplatz) for many years and, following an appointment on Tuesday (January 13th), I would like to emphasize the friendly and competent assistance I received from employee Angelika Bender. Having previously "successfully" avoided the topic of online banking, she calmly and patiently introduced me to it and provided comprehensive help with both the setup and all my questions and concerns.
I had my initial consultation with Ms. Bender and felt very well cared for. She took plenty of time, listened attentively, and addressed all my concerns. Thank you so much!
