A very interesting situation happened to me in a branch of this bank. I am not a client of the bank, but I had to be there on business. At first, the bank employee smiled at me, introduced herself, shook my hand. Then, when she saw my Russian passport, she began to speak to me very impolitely, only in the third person. I understand that this is not the bank's policy, and the other employees are not ignoring me. I have a question: can your employee herself provide evidence that her ancestors did not participate in the massacre of my family members in concentration camps, at the front, in the occupied territories, in Germany (they worked as Ostarbeiters and went missing)? I think the question is fair, and based on her pedigree, I will decide whether to contact your bank or not. All the best.
