The worst Misr Bank branch. The staff are extremely rude and ignorant. They simply don’t wont to work they look for anything to make your life harder. Honestly the whole bank is just mediocre but this branch takes it to a whole new level. I stood outside in the burning sun for an hour, after that they didn’t process my transaction. I had to go to another branch to get it done
one of the worst experiences there at this bank got western union services making it hard for people and the help desk that should we call it help and its not providing me with false information
Not surprised to see very negative reviews. Staff is extremely slow, unprofessional, and they seem they intentionally don't want to work. Seems there's no manager over there. If you have the option, DON'T GO TO THIS BRANCH!
