Below 0 out of 50 Only one customer service post is working and you can wait forever and finally your request will be refused for almost a simple info you could get at the beginning instead of the ever lasting waiting. Although they get a very low number of clients they expand their services for the whole shift.
Extremely long waits, especially during periods when workers have just been paid or students are paying tuition. They have very inefficient procedures (reading from a computer screen to write on a piece of paper!). Average time per customer is 10 minutes or so, just six people in front of you means an hour wait. They could do much much better but have a captive market.
It's like they don't want you to open an account here. A simple process requires several visits. And the wait times are horrendous. Go to HSBC instead. Or go anywhere else.
Very long waiting time and only one employee available for customer service. Waited for 75 minutes just for withdrawing 2000 pounds.
Very bad customer service. Had to wait 2.5h hours to get my turn while half of the staff was standing around talking about some private stories.
