The staff are very kind and very helpful, they take their time to understand your needs and give a great service

1 hour = 2 customers in customer service and that’s when I came early at 9:44am. There were only 4 waiting before me, customer services inly served 2 in 1 hour. Leaving after waiting an hour because i have work, and only 2 customers went in the hour. Every time I go they remind me of how slow and inefficient they are. You wait over an hour for customer service, they are incredibly slow with each customer, there are 3 window with inly two working. Very poor experience

Don’t use their currency exchange atm, it took my money and didn’t bring back exchanged money

The staff were super friendly and helpful. First time dealing with Banque Misr, and I honestly lowered my expectations at first, not knowing what to expect. However, I was surprised by their helpfulness and sincerity when answering questions to help as much as possible, with your best interest in mind and not solely the bank, where others try to push products on you that are unnecessary or not in your best interest.
