The worst ever. Zero orgnizarion. Extremely slow. Non competent stuff.

They are very very slow, they waist a lot of time doing basic things, and they are not keen on providing you with the information you need. Even if you schedule a visit before going, you will wait for at least an hour before they notice your existence And if you are fed up with waiting, you need to stop one of the employees passing through the waiting area and tell him what you need. The employees there are very short tempered, the treat clints as if they were going to give them money out of their own pockets, not that those clints are the owners of the money they are asking for. A really bad branch.

Most people agree that there are many Impolite and unprofessional emplyoees dealing in an extremely rude way with the customers in the biggest branch of banque misr in new cairo. I hope that the higher management will listen to their customers complaints and take fast action against those lazy and careless employees and their irresponsible actions causing irreversible damage to the bank reputation and its trademark.

Not even the manager seems to wants to do their job and work, walks by employees using their phones to scroll social media whilst customers wait, employees is rude & takes such a long time to do one simple task. They should be ashamed of themselves.
