Only Arabic, very difficult for foreign nationals
Bad customer care, kept waiting and they missed my turn and had to wait again, they first denied that it wasn't called then they saw on the system and didnt apologize. Also the workers there have a bad attitude.
Didn’t help me whatsoever, every other branch allowed me to do this specific task however they decided that they could not. I would recommend doing to any other branch as this one does not care about actually serving the customer.
Terrible service. Extremely slow. Nothing is worse than this place!
