Honestly the pinacle of a bad experience , an absolute test of patience. The receptionist has no manners and the worst attitude and should honestly be fired on the spot. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID FIND ANOTHER BRANCH AND PREFERABLY ANOTHER BANK ALTOGETHER
I had to visit 3 times to cash a cheque, an every day tactical " System down " is announced half an hour before closing time, to prevent Customers from entering the bank, telling them that it is taking 20 minutes to serve a customer. Once the door is closed, the system runs magically and they speed up the transactions so they can leave as early as possible. During the whole day less than half of the Customers facing staff are present, and acting like " Sloths in their habitat ". Very bad experience indeed. One very important question, why not extend working hours till 5 or 6 pm, I've seen banks in shopping malls that are open till 10 pm to serve the public, but of course not in Egypt. Hope one day we reach that standard of services.

Good place easy to find ... kinda hard to park a car .. service is very slow specially tellers .. overall the branch is perfect except for the time u waste there
