Horrible experience. I have been waiting to open an account for almost a month. They are inadequate with follow through. Every time I call, they ask for more documents and don’t follow up until I contact them again, at which point they ask for more documentation and again no follow up until I call!!! I had to come in person to speak to a manager and despite the bank having nearly a month to look over documents, he was “not able to give me an immediate response and needed to get back to me”. Incredibly incompetent. I can’t believe this is an international bank.
I’ve took a number to take money but the one who works there is very rude no system like the other brunches
Deposit is hard there just one ATM for deposit plus traffic because of its centrelized location.. But for better trial use those ATM's at late hours after 1 AM
My CIB credit card details hacked twice and for more than two months the stolen amount didn't return to me which is not acceptable Don't recommend it at all
I have been a customer with this bank for several years now, they're the best. All their branches are very helpful.
