This branch is a complete disaster. Despite having multiple counters open, customers are forced to queue at only one counter (Counter 5), while the rest sit unused. The guard even blocks the number machine to make sure no one bypasses this nonsense. The result? A painfully slow and inefficient process that shows zero regard for customers’ time. What makes it worse is that this isn’t new. A quick look at other reviews shows the same complaints repeated over and over, long waits, rude staff, and no changes whatsoever. Clearly, management is either unaware or simply doesn’t care. If you value your time, avoid this branch altogether. Convenience of location means nothing when the service is this bad.

The security guards are helpful but the staffs are not friendly. Went here 2 times, today and last month. Different staffs but both not friendly. And also treated me like I'm a loser. I'm your customer, so need to be accommodating and if I don't know something at least guide me. P/s: the online banking app is also terrible, been using it for years and I almost wanna close my acc due to this app. Very slow and the app told me to replace my phone with another because my android is not supported by the app. I mean what on earth? Use some common sense that not all people are rich enough to buy new phones!

Need to increase your staff. Only one counter for customer service, atm card and online banking related issues. For this you need to wait at least minimum 2hours plus. I went there few times, the customer is a lot but still they doesn't improve the system. Thinking to close my current account with them. Very bad service

We would like to re set the pin number for new replacement ATM card as it was not accepted by the ATM machine. Went at 3pm and was asked to come back at 4pm as PIC was out for lunch. An hour later we come back only to be told to come back tomorrow morning , what the hell? Do you think working ppl like us can easily make a visit as we wish? Taking leave today to sort this but turn to be so frustrating. This is not the first time, had few times experienced for ASB transactions also. Please Ambank BCH , do improve your service.
