I had a pleasant experience at the bank when i wanted to change my ATM card which has expired. The service was a breeze. Efficient. Courteous front counter staff. Jaja, the officer attending to my request to change address was helpful. Went there on a Friday around 3plus pm, and Thank God there weren’t many people. Comfortable to have your banking thingy at this branch. Please keep up the good work.

Well maintain bank facilities. Customer service will always there to help and answer any queries regarding the bank service. Super clean and tidy. Nice setup and comfy seating area inside the bank. For the automated bank machine section, several machine that can be operated with ATM, cheques, Cash deposit. Nicely organized. Well done to all the staff and management.

There are 4 ATM machines in this branch, if you are lucky, you get cash from it, unfortunately most of the time, you have to go home empty handed. The worst part is the ATM doesn't show out of service, you have to go thru entire process only found out not able to dispense money. I don't know if the branch manager ever care.

Horrible experience with this branch. I came 3 weeks ago to terminate my ASB loan and was told the process would take 2–3 weeks. It’s been 3 weeks now, and I still have to pay the upcoming instalment. To make things worse, the staff said they don’t have a Personal Financial Consultant here and have no idea where my documents went or who the welcome desk guy passed them to. Absolutely ridiculous and very unprofessional.

Got my ticket number at 3:49pm to open a bank account with no people queuing in front of me. Then suddenly 1 old CIMB staff came to me to check my form of opening bank account. Told me today cannot do because too late and ask me to get appointment for tomorrow. All this happened before 4:00pm and they close at 4:30pm. Really speechless
