I would like to sincerely commend Ms Chin, Ms Kash, Ms Choong, and Ms Mei Yee from HLB for their excellent service. My father was handling some deposit-related matters at the bank, and throughout the entire process, they were extremely patient, professional, and helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, step by step, and were always willing to answer our questions without any sense of rush or impatience. What we truly appreciated was how well they managed and coordinated the process for us. Most of the arrangements were handled by them, and we barely needed to intervene, which made the experience very smooth and stress-free—especially important when assisting an elderly customer. Their attentiveness, clear communication, and dedication to providing good service left us with a very positive impression of HLB. Thank you to all of them for making what could have been a complicated process so easy and reassuring. Truly appreciate the support and professionalism shown.

Had a very good experience at Hong Leong Bank Kepong branch last week. I was assisted by Farah at Counter 3, and she was extremely patient, helpful, and professional. Even though the process took some time, she remained calm and never showed any impatience. She took the initiative to check and clarify the matter, explained clearly, and reassured me throughout. My son and I were tended to by her & even though it was nearly closing time for the bank, she patiently helped open an account for my son and completed the entire process thoroughly with us. Very good customer services and friendly attitude towards the customer. I was having some minor problems regarding bank statement but their staff (if i remember correctly, it was a female staff named Shanadia) guide me efficiently and it brings me joy to experience such warm hospitality.
