Came here to open a new CIMB account. The 2 female staff if im not mistaken Ummi and Sri was very efficient, friendly and helpful. Access to the bank and parking is also very easy. Good Job and Thumbs up to this branch

The service from the staff here is excellent. I previously dealt with the lady at counter 2, and she was very kind, providing great service. I was very satisfied. Today, I came again to make a deposit, and the service from the staff at counter 3 was also excellent and polite. I will continue to come and deal with CIMB Bank because the service from the staff here is truly outstanding.
bad customer service, please train your customer service to be more polite and attending rather than just wanting to go out and smoke
Queuing time very very long. There are 5 counters but only 2 counters are opened to serve customers.
