To all CIMB staff at this branch, especially those at the reception, Please don’t expect customers to know all your internal procedures. If dealing with people already feels like a burden, maybe this job isn’t for you. We’re customers, not an outlet for your frustration. A little professionalism and basic respect go a long way. If you’re already fed up to the point of treating customers badly, then honestly please consider resigning. We are here as customers, not to borrow your money, not to use your ancestors’ credit cards, and definitely not to open accounts under your ancestors’ names. Basic courtesy and a good attitude should come with the job. If you’re tired or unhappy, step away from the role. No one forced you to work here.

Was printing corporate bank statements. All documents ready. Kind corporate PIC wanted to print straightaway but the receptionist that handles numbering come over and ask him to print another day because a lot of people wanted to open account. There’s only 2 people behind me trying to opening account. He’s halfway through printing and now I have to come back again another day, and he have to restart task again on another day. based on my experience, all tasks need 2 or more visits to get done this year. Was not like this before 2024.

I came here at 10:30, it’s been 2 hours of waiting and we haven’t completed anything. I came here to open an account for PTPTM student loan. The lack of staff is making an inconvenience for everyone. The place is getting packed, service is too slow. I hope this review makes a change to the service. Absolutely terrible.

Puan Siti, who was on duty at Counter 9, was very patient and friendly in attending to customers even though it was already her lunch break. Thank you so much for the excellent service provided.

Terrible place. Staff worked like a slot. Get ur staff trained to work more effectively please. A few customers only need to wait for 2 hours. What is this bullshit.
