I’ve been with AmBank ever since my mom opened an account for me, back when I was a toddler. Despite hearing others share less than impressed experiences, mine has been nothing but positive. I’ve never had a single bad encounter with anyone at the branch. The staff genuinely care about their customers—you’re never treated like just a number. I rarely visit, maybe once every two or three years, yet every time I walk up to the counter, they remember me. They even remember my mom by her full name, despite her passing nearly a decade ago. That level of care is something you don’t expect, and it means a lot. They’re consistently helpful, and I couldn’t be more grateful. They’re also incredibly alert when it comes to customer wellbeing. I once saw a family come in because the son needed something unusual from the bank to receive his pay. The staff immediately sensed something was off and guided them toward a safer alternative, making sure they weren’t being scammed. It’s rare to find a bank

Very slow customer service.so many staff but always delay the service.staff not friendly.not recommend pls go other branch

One counter only runs but still very fast and the staff are friendly and helpful. I have had my ATM card issues. I have gone to other branches that can't solve the issue.. and finally I came to this branch and they solved it

Poor services. 3 counters only serve for 1 customer at 1 time. It doenst show any queuing no on the screen at all.

Go for open account .Waiting for 1 hour for said sorry.for questions.only 1 counter.useless branch bank.
