CIMB Bank Rawang 1 & 1a Jalan Bandar Rawang 2 Pusat Bandar Rawang

Come today 6/2/26 at 9.15am after bank open . After que for 15 min at cust service to asking general question and staff ask to fill form and scan qr code and then get a q number for counter. Being there for hire purchase settlement loan. Finish within 15 mins . To many staff but staff represent at customer service only one person . Need to add more staff there , so no need to long q just for asking general question .

This morning around 1000hrs - 9/12/25. My father and I went to open a new account to CIMB Rawang Branch. A staff named Amirah informed us to fill a small form and pass it to counter 7. After completing the form, we waited until 1115hrs. During this time, there seemed to be a malay staff chatting with another customer instead of attending to us. When my father approached to the counter 7, the Malay staff instructed us to fill another new form that was over 5 pages and required extensive information. My father expressed his frustration about the long wait and asked why we were not given the form earlier. Her response, "saya tak tahu siapa attend," was delivered in a rude tone, without eye contact and didn’t even apologize which we found unprofessional. Due to this experience, we left the branch without completing the account opening process. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve the efficiency and professionalism of the service provided at this branch.

The security guard holding the weapon is very rude. Horrible, please take actions CIMB. Instead of asking me politely to step aside from blocking their way while doing the ATM, he raised his voice like I wanna rob them, as if I even know I am in their way. Really rude. I am a client, not robber. Please take actions CIMB and replace your security with a person who suits the position, no manners at all. Does not suit holding any types of weapon. You are a security, not CIMB Chairman to be acting like a boss.

I would like to expressed my disappointment over cimb rawang branch here. I came today (29/5/25) to open my personal savings account, then the front counter told me lots of question 1. What is your reason for opening savings account? From salary, company or etc.. 2. Need marriage certificate, husband or wife bank’s account 🙄 and IC for prove 3. If IC address not based in rawang need utilities bill to prove I never encounter such a lame process just to open an account. Other banks are fine only tis CIMB really such a troublesome Lastly…front counter!! When u encounter customer please put your handphone down. So unprofessional and rudeness when dealing customer while talking on the phone!!

MCO 22/7/21 ....Long queue.. So tiring wehh. 😅😅 Here is Red zone and there have 42 covid 19 cases so far...wow so terrible wehh. Thanks to Cimb staff in front👍🤝 who keep controlling people politely. To all customers, you have to be positive in mind.. If i can wait for 1hr 45mins for entering customer service counter, why not you gaiss!!! We are the same Malaysian citizen who paying the tax.
