Very unreasonable and hard to understand system they have. There are 4 counters but only one counter is serving customer. Whereas the rest don’t know doing what things. Per my understanding, counter is to serve customer. If you have any back office work to settle you also need to wait until no customer only do. The first thing is to serve your waiting customer first. Secondly, we just need to place an FD, only one staff can do that and there are few customer waiting to open FD. The job division is so specific that only 1 staff can serve that, is very unreasonable to me. The counter staff job scope by right should require all of them handle such a simple task. In short, next time we won’t come this branch again.

Surprisingly pleasant visit to AmBank to open a savings account. Ms Ice Lim from Counter 11 is very friendly and helpful, the whole process is completed in minutes. Excellent customer service with a beautiful smile. Debit card takes about 2 working days from hq.

Their servuce was tremendously bad i waited there more than 25 mins taking a ticket for customer service. They served 7 customers yet not me. When i observed one of their staff was using phone not for professional work but simplu scrolling. I am a office worker who came in to sort work out during work time and I couldn't finish it. When i enquired them the security told why i didnt come earlier if its getting late. Extremely unprofessional and not understanding staffs. Please do better. People come to sort things out during working hours and stuff.
