This is my favorite HLB branch, which has recently upgraded to become a flagship branch with inviting, warm and friendly atmosphere and comfortable interior. Was here this morning to enquire the new Pay & Save account. Bee Kun is knowledgeable and patiently explained to me all the features of this account. Then, she helped me to open this new account and close a saving account. She is highly efficient and whole process took 10 minutes only. I m happy with her excellent service.
